Terms

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the DevAisha website, our free Business Check and Website SEO Audit tools, our reviews feature, and any services we agree to provide to you. By using the website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

DevAisha Software Solutions ("DevAisha") builds websites, Android apps, custom business software and digital tools, with related integrations, support and maintenance. We also provide Google Business Profile support, local SEO, WhatsApp Business setup, social profile setup, and Google Ads and Meta Ads management.

2. Free tools, scores and recommendations

Audit scores and recommendations are practical guidance, not guarantees of ranking, traffic or sales.

The Business Check and Website SEO Audit read publicly available information, such as public web pages and Google business listing data, and apply explainable scoring rules. Some checks may be marked unknown or unavailable when the information cannot be read. Results show a snapshot at the time of the check and can change as your website, listing or search engines change.

The free tools are provided "as is" for general guidance. You are responsible for deciding what action to take. Please enter only websites and business details that you own or are authorised to check.

3. Our services and proposals

Service proposals, timelines and pricing are confirmed separately before paid work begins.

A proposal sets out the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment schedule. Work outside the agreed scope, or changes you ask for after approval, may need a revised proposal or additional fees. A free audit or consultation does not create an obligation for either side to enter into a paid engagement.

4. Your responsibilities

To deliver our services, we may need information, content and access from you, for example business details, photos, logins or permissions for your Google Business Profile, website or advertising accounts. You agree to give us accurate and lawful information, and to respond in reasonable time. Delays in receiving what we need may affect timelines.

You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, all content you give us, including logos, photos, text and trademarks. You stay responsible for keeping your account passwords secure and for removing access when our work ends.

Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platform unless a proposal says otherwise.

5. Third-party platforms and results

Search, advertising and platform results depend on third-party systems, business inputs and market conditions.

Platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and WhatsApp set and change their own rules, algorithms, policies and pricing. We do not control them. A listing, ad or account may be reviewed, limited or suspended by a platform, and rankings, reach and costs can change without notice. We will tell you about problems we become aware of and help you respond, but we cannot guarantee any particular result or approval.

6. Fees and payments

Fees, payment dates and any taxes are stated in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may pause work on an account that has overdue invoices.

Refunds, if any, depend on the work already done and are handled as set out in your proposal. Third-party costs, such as domain names, hosting, paid tools and advertising spend, are charged separately and are usually not refundable.

7. Reviews and content you submit

When you submit a review, you confirm that it is honest, based on your own experience, and does not contain abusive, unlawful, misleading or private information about anyone. Reviews are checked by our team before they appear, and we may decline, edit for clarity or remove a review that breaks these terms. We do not pay for or alter ratings.

By submitting a review, you allow DevAisha to display your name, business name, review text, rating and photo (if added) on this website. You can ask us to edit or remove your review at any time. Please see our Privacy page for how we handle your details.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website. For example, you must not try to disrupt or overload it, scan it for weaknesses, send automated or repeated requests beyond normal use, submit false or harmful content, or use the audit tools to target websites you do not have the right to check.

9. Ownership and intellectual property

The DevAisha name, logo, website design, text and tools belong to DevAisha. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Unless your proposal says otherwise, deliverables made specifically for you, such as your website content and designs, become yours once they have been paid for in full. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and general know-how, and we may mention that we have worked with you unless you ask us not to.

10. Limits of responsibility

We work with reasonable care and skill, but the website and free tools are provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, DevAisha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, lost profits or loss of data, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, your own inputs or events outside our reasonable control. Our total responsibility for any paid service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

11. Privacy

We collect and use your details only as described on our Privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

12. Ending our work together

Either side may end a paid engagement by giving written notice as set out in the proposal. You will pay for work completed and approved costs incurred up to the end date. We may suspend or end access to the website or services if these terms are broken.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed. Using the website after an update means you accept the updated terms. Paid work follows the terms that applied when the proposal was agreed, unless both sides agree otherwise.
