Questions owners ask us
Does my members' money go through DevAisha?
No. Members pay your business directly by cash, UPI or bank transfer, exactly as they do today. You record the payment in the app. DevAisha only charges you the software subscription.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every business starts with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed to start.
I already keep members in Excel. Can I move them?
Yes. Upload a CSV file and the app shows a preview with any errors or duplicate entries before anything is saved. We can help with your first import.
Is my members' data safe?
Each business's data is kept separate from every other business, staff only see what their role allows, and the app runs separately from this website. You can export your data at any time.
What if I stop using it?
You can export your member and payment records. If your subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only so you can still view and export your data.
Is this the same login as the Business Check?
No. The membership app has its own secure login at a separate address. Nothing from your Business Check is shared with it.
