When you send an enquiry or request a business check, we store your name, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and your message, and your email if you give one. We use them to contact you about your request. We do not sell your details.

Website SEO checks

When you enter a website address, we read only the public pages of that website, the way a search engine would. We never log in to a website. Results are kept so you can view your report through its private link.

Reviews and photos

If you submit a review, we store your name, your business name (if given), your rating, your review text and your photo (if added). Your email is optional and is never shown publicly. Reviews are checked by our team before they appear on this website, where your name, review and photo may be displayed. You can ask us to edit or remove your review at any time.
